On this page, you will find our booking conditions, payment methods, information about arrival and departure,<\/strong> and other useful details to help you make the most of your stay in Ledro Valley. Booking Policies<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/div>

Accommodation bookings<\/strong>
\nYour booking becomes confirmed only after payment of a 30% deposit of the total holiday price. The bank transfer must be made within 7 days to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy<\/strong>
\nPlease read our cancellation policy carefully before making your booking:
\n– Up to 30 days before the arrival date: no cancellation fee.
\n– 29 to 4 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained and can be used towards another holiday during the same calendar year.
\n– 3 to 0 days before arrival: in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the holiday will be charged.<\/p>\n

Rates<\/strong>
\nThe rates shown on our website and in our online booking system include VAT. They do not include the tourist tax or any additional services not specified in the holiday quotation.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax<\/strong>
\nThe tourist tax is \u20ac1.50 per person per night. Children under 14 years of age are exempt. The tourist tax is an additional charge and must be paid on site. It applies for a maximum of ten consecutive nights.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Payment methods<\/strong>
\nThe remaining balance can be paid directly at the property at check-out or in advance by bank transfer. Payment can also be made in several instalments, provided that the total amount is paid by the day of check-out.
\nIf you would like to pay in advance and in several instalments, please contact us by email so that we can arrange the details with you.
\nThe following payment methods are accepted on site:<\/p>\n

    Pets<\/strong>
    \nUpon request, your four-legged friends are welcome in all accommodation units at Villaggio Val Molini. We are happy to provide food and water bowls and a sofa cover.
    \nThe cost is \u20ac5.00 per night per pet (food not included).
    \nPlease note that pets must be kept on a leash in all communal areas and are not allowed in the wellness area, swimming pool, the hot tub of the Deluxe Bungalow or the hot tubs of the Premium Bungalows.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

    Opening Hours<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/div>

    CHECK-IN: from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.<\/strong>
    \nIf you arrive after 7:00 pm, self check-in is available upon prior notification by calling +39 327 793 1667 or by email at info@valleledro.it.<\/p>\n

    CHECK-OUT: by 9:30 am.<\/strong>
    \nLate check-out is available on request (\u20ac40 per accommodation, until 11:30 am).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    INFINITY POOL:<\/strong>
    \nopen from 16 May to 26 September 2026, every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.<\/p>\n

    RECEPTION:<\/strong>
    \nwe are available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and on Sundays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. On guest arrival days, the reception is also open from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm to welcome you.<\/p>\n

    WELLNESS AREA:<\/strong>
    \nopen every day from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (last exit). Access is exclusively by reservation, which must be made at least 2 hours in advance. The cost is \u20ac15 per person per hour. You can book it directly at reception or by contacting us at +39 327 793 1667.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

    Rules for a Pleasant Stay<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/div>
    <\/div>

    • Access to the Villaggio and its accommodation units is permitted exclusively to guests who are properly registered at check-in. Access for external visitors is not permitted.<\/li>\n
    • From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the Villaggio by avoiding noisy behaviour.<\/li>\n
    • Firecrackers, fireworks and similar items are not permitted within the Villaggio.<\/li>\n
    • We kindly ask all guests to leave communal areas such as the pool, barbecue area, green spaces, etc. clean and tidy, out of respect for the guests who will use them afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      • We kindly ask guests to dispose of waste correctly and to empty their bins in the waste disposal area to the north of the Villaggio.<\/li>\n
      • Guests travelling with pets are kindly asked to keep them on a leash in all communal areas. For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the hot tubs, wellness area or pool area.<\/li>\n
      • NO SMOKING<\/strong>: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, bungalows and indoor areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
