If you are travelling with your dog or would like to explore the beautiful Trentino area by bike, you will also find dedicated services designed around your needs and interests.

Useful Information

CHECK-IN: from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you arrive after 7:00 pm, self check-in is available upon prior notice by calling +39 327 793 1667 or by email at info@valleledro.it.

CHECK-OUT: by 9:30 am.
Late check-out until 11:30 am is available upon request (€40 per accommodation).

INFINITY POOL:
open from 16 May to 26 September 2026, every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

RECEPTION:
we are available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and on Sundays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. On guest arrival days, the reception is also open from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm to welcome you.

WELLNESS AREA:
open every day from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (end of use). Access is available by reservation only, which must be made at least 2 hours in advance. The price is €15 per person per hour. You can book your wellness time directly at reception or by calling +39 327 793 1667.

Final cleaning of the accommodation.

Services Available at an Additional Cost

To make your stay even more comfortable, we also offer the following additional services :

Wellness area with Finnish sauna, two chromotherapy showers, relaxation area and herbal tea corner (€15 per person/hour).
Fresh bread delivery: every morning, you can have fresh baked goods delivered directly to your accommodation, freshly baked by a local bakery. The service is available by reservation until 9:00 pm. You can place your order by calling +39 327 793 1667 or directly at reception. During the low season, the service is not available on Sundays.
Additional change of bed linen and towels: €15 per person.
Self-service laundry: open 24 hours a day (€5 per wash, detergent included).
Late check-out: until 11:30 am (€40 per accommodation).
Pet stay: €5 per night per pet.
