GENERAL INFORMATION
- CHECK-IN: from 14:30 to 19:00. In the case of arrival after 19:00 please contact us by telephone on 327 7931667. You can access the bungalows and apartments independently after 19:00 hours. Please contact us before your arrival at Villaggio Val Molini in order to receive any useful information.
- CHECK-OUT: within 9.30 am. Late check-out service available on request and for a fee. The cost of using this service to enjoy additional relaxing moments and to be allowed to leave the bungalow or apartments by 11:30 a.m. is € 40 per accommodation. N.B.: any check-out that takes place after the standard time (before 09:30) will be considered a late check-out.
- Reception opening hours: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- We use specific products, in respect of protocols, to clean and disinfect the rooms, fabrics and surfaces of the appartments and bungalows.
- You will be able to access the outdoor infinity pool from 09:00 am to 8:00 pm, from May 16 to September 26, 2026.We ask you to respect the regulations for its safe use.
- The Well-being Area is for exclusive use. You can book your relax appointment from 04.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

The system allows the opening of the entrance door to the individual units and the management of the power sources. We kindly ask you to take care of the cards.
Rules for an Enjoyable Stay
- Access to the accommodation is allowed exclusively for guests who are properly registered at check-in. External visitors are not permitted.
- From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and avoid noisy behavior.
- Firecrackers, fireworks, or similar items are not allowed within the accommodation.
- We ask all guests to leave the common areas, such as the pool, barbecue area, green spaces, etc., clean and tidy out of respect for those who will use them afterward.
- We encourage guests to sort waste correctly and empty their bins at the ecological area located in the north of the accommodation.
- Guests with four-legged friends are asked to keep them on a leash in the common areas. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the hot tubs, wellness area, or pool park.
Accommodation booking
The reservation becomes definitive following confirmation by email from one of our reception operators and only after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the vacation. The transfer must be made (within 7 days) to the current account in the name of VAL MOLINI SRL – IBAN IT63S 08026 72140 000000072488 – SWIFT / BIC: CCRTIT2T06A held at the Cassa Rurale di Ledro.
Cancellation policies
We invite you to read our cancellation policies:
- Up to 30 days before the day of arrival: no penalty.
- From 29 – 4 days before arrival the deposit will be retained and it can be used for another vacation during the same year.
- From 3 to 0 days, in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the vacation will be charged.
Payment methods
the final balance of the stay can be paid directly at the property at the time of check-out, or in advance via bank transfer. It is possible to make the payment in installments, provided that the full amount is settled by the day of check-out. If you wish to pay in advance and in installments, we kindly ask you to contact the property to arrange the details.

Rates
The rates indicated on the website and in the booking engine are VAT included. They do not include the tourist tax, extras not indicated in the vacation quote, expenses related to the presence of additional guests (not included in the vacation quote).
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is € 1,50 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. This is an extra that must be paid on place. The tax is applied up to a max of 10 consecutive nights.
Pets
Four-legged friends are allowed on request. To welcome them thoughtfully we provide bowls. The cost of the stay is € 5.00 per night per animal (without food). We remind you that in the common areas they must be kept on a leash and that they do not have access to the spa wimming pool , the whirlpool of the deluxe bungalow with a panoramic view dan the whirlpools of the bungalows premium. We trust in your understanding.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments, bungalows and enclosed spaces.
